24/7 Skyhigh and reservoir US stuttering

I'm PS1 hagrid I play quite a bit of of vsh on both US 24/7 servers (Skyhigh and reservoir) I have been experiencing A LOT of stuttering problems as well. I'll get like a minute of game play and my game will freeze for like 10 seconds. I have tried common trouble shoots and other methods but no permanent fixes. It's only the US I go to NY servers and death run servers works fine. It's infuriating. I don't want to quit playing the servers I enjoy them but it's almost unplayable and nothing's has changed over the span of 2 weeks. I hope I get to see a reply and hopefully find a solution soon.
