Blackwonder is hosting our 2025 TF2 Costume Contest!


This years spooky theme is JOB INTERVIEWS!!!

What are the prizes?:

1st Place: 25 Keys

2nd Place: 15 Keys

3rd Place: 10 Keys

4th Place: 7 Keys

5th Place: 5 keys

Consultation Prize: A mystery wrapped gift. (Contains strange/spooky/haunted cosmetics and weapons)!

What will you be judged on?:

Portion A - Submission

I. Originality/Creativity

II. Set-Cohesion (If all your cosmetics match or clash)


Portion B - Interview Information


III. Job Interview Information

• Your characters name
• Your character's date of birth
• A fake thematic address for your character.
• The company your character is applying for,
• The position your character is applying for and their availability/ soonest starting date. (Your character's previous work experience (Max of 3). (Including previous business name, previous Job title, and reason for leaving/unemployment)

• Respond to job application related question from each judge.

Submission Steps:

1. Open up TF2 and take a screenshot or record a gif any of the mercs you'd like to submit wearing their themed cosmetics in game while taunting or in your loadout inspections.


2. Head over to #2025-halloween-competition on the Blackwonder Discord server

3a. Submit a picture/video/gif of your set.

b. Add your steam ID/or Steam profile link, and your cosmetic set names.

c. You are also welcome to make a small description if you'd like.

d. Upload it!


If you need to make any edits or changes to your set DM @ashshaw


Contest Rules

- You must actually own the cosmetic items. It's not required, but it's highly recommended to record your submission in-game on your loadout screen.

- Only 1 submission is allowed, you are allowed to change that submission if you DM @ashshaw.

- Submissions will open Saturday, October 25, 2025 7:00 PM CST and must be entered before Saturday, November 1, 2025 7:00 PM CST

- Judges have been informed not to vote based solely off of unusual effects. Submissions are welcome to use them but it won't be prioritized.
