Resolved 2 stat resets on easy tfdb server

About two days ago, I was playing on the easy, having fun and what not. When the map changed to Tfdb Baseball, next thing i know i went from 6th place on the easy server to 3367th place. I spent the next two try to at least get back into the top 100, then I logged on around 4:30 pm today 2/18/20, and I got another reset, I don't know what happened. I don't want my 6th place back, I just want an explanation of how this happened.

I can vouch for this, he was in top 6 on the Dodgeball Server.

Advanced always seems fine, the only ones that really have errors that occur are Easy and Wave (US). Not sure about the EU. I have experienced some point resets myself, but were fixed automatically next map. However, for MANTRA, we believe either he accidentally did a reset or it never fixed for him.

I might of reset them the first time, on accident. But there is that time where I also joined a day after and it shown that my stats where reset without me knowing.
