So, it seems if you beat a contract ( e.g get 75 kills) and get that exact same contract as a new one, your progress starts at 99% (in this case 74 kills). I know this really isn't a game-breaking issue, just wanted to let you know. This happened to me once, i got the 75 kills (i don't remember...
