What is that supposed to mean?

Today (the time I posted this) I had 302 credits and I wanted to trade with Storebot. I went to the buy section and started trading for a reclaimed, which costs 300 credits. After i sent the offer, they declined it. Why is this happening? I did not receive anything. Can anyone help?
