You are clearly a dedicated member of this community, therefore I feel very sorry that someone with 191 messages has to receive a bad verdict on his admin application. Set aside the lackluster formatting and grammatical errors, the major issue is your reputation amongst admins...
This cannot really be fixed. It takes time for the server to access information. Sourcebans is relatively slow because of the amount of servers/mutes/gags etc. we have.
The teambans plugin could probably be changed so after it loads it checks the blue team and moves people if they're teambanned.
