The only way to tell is to go CnD Spy and not get blinked and see if you're shot (awareness can get you killed, however)...

Listing downsides shows reasons NOT to get into the staff team, you have 2 different ages of yourself, and you have a lot of comm blocks. You say you have a "bad side," which can be used against you. Being disliked isn't a downside; if it was, then Fish would be demoted, so don't worry about it...
