After you get their name, on the "https://tfstats.tf/server/9" page do this: Now you have their Steam3ID, and you can convert this yourself using this link.

TFstats filters on both name and steamID. So if you have their name, you can still find their steamID.

The right part is the Steam3ID. Put it in steamid.io and you will get their steamID. I guess there could be a feature, where it would link to the steamid.io page.
