If thats exactly what they said, "Out of Cell Rebel and Lava Day," then yes, thats a trick order. The active days should be specified first to avoid confusion. Lava Day and Out of Cell Rebel is fine, for example.

There's reasonable lengths of time between almost all of these binds. We don't punish lennies unless they're spammed, and this doesn't really qualify.
