Sorry, but without voice_loopback 1 there's no objective proof of your orders. I'll leave this open in case someone who wasn't warden was recording and has evidence of this.

Starting at tick 1400, you say your order, Aj afk freezes on the line and asks for a repeat, then you decapitate him, only stating your repeat afterwards. After leaving the server to check that this was indeed the correct sequence of events, I rejoin to find you freekilling a different player...
