Having 105 ping is just a server region issue. I do not see any bad behaviour against anyone on these demos, but If you do not like !sound voice lines, you can simple disable them. I'll leave footage of the player's view of first attached demo.

I believe it´s a visual glitch, because i saw same thing week ago and player after Lucky Sandvich effect was still having the medigun particle effect even after death, but he had normal max Hp. It can also be just a rtd effect, like Vital that gives Medigun overheal effect when it runs out.
