I always give a time when I will do meat grinder or cell wars. Even know it's not required, it can be annoying because before I can react I am taken out by a soldier with a disciplinary action.

This does not work, I lose my freeday when I slay myself. You have to change classes in order to keep your free day and go back to cells then of course change back to what you want to be for your freeday.
