i made an arrangement with him and he said "1 month and i'll remove" and yeah the 1 month is over???

This "arrangement" as you call it was that I would remove the teamban no questions asked if you waited a month before appealing without being punished. You were just muted a few days ago. I won't be declining this just yet however, I'll decide over the next couple of days whether or not to give you another chance. Leaving this open for now.

I tried to give you a fair shake. I really did. Even with the recent mute and obviously lying on a staff app, I was going to take a look at the reports you sent in, see if you really had a handle on the rules and whether or not you were worth a second chance. Then I saw this.
I cannot ignore an active report of you bypassing a punishment when such behavior is what got you tbanned in the first place. Declined, try again when you've stopped breaking rules.
