Jevil will not be punished, you are allowed to defend yourself if you are attacked by another blue while FF is on, and as for the last "MFK spree," He was invisible half the time while I was driving around, and the during times I saw him he was attacking obvious rebels.
Pedo has been permanently banned off a different report, along with several of his alts.
