On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I almost exclusively play Dodgeball servers that include DISC, Blackwonder and an Australian server called despacito dodgeball server. I would like to moderate on your Blackwonder dodgeball servers.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
In the 6 years and several months that I've played TF2 I have also played dodgeball and as such it has a special place in my gaming lifetime, so whenever I get on a server that has a decent community I feel like I could be doing more to help. I also like knowing that I can help someone if they're having an issue and being a moderator allows me to do that better.

When are you usually available to play?
Whenever Im not working really, and as I have no set schedule for work it varies but I work at most 4 days a week and even then im on early in the morning.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
General/
Hacker- Record demo of said hacker and then permanently ban him/her/them, if I'm unsure ask for a second opinion from another staff member.
Advertising hacks- Record them doing it then permanently silence him/her/them.
Voice/ Text Spam- First I would warm them to stop a max of two times, after that 1 hr, 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 12 hrs, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and then permanently silence/ mute depending on their violation.
Racism/flaming others excessively- Warn only once, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 day, 4 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent.(I generally treat these types of offences more seriously due to the large amount of it I've seen in the community).
Speaking a different language other than English- Warn only once, 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanently silence/mute depending on their violation. The only instance in which it would be acceptable would be if it were someone else telling them(in said language should someone else know it) to stop either talking in general or in said language.
Inappropriate sprays- 2 warnings then spray ban.(I only do 2 warnings cause I understand that putting down your spray can become a habit in Dodgeball).
AFK player- Move to spectator, simple.
!calladmin abuse- 4 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, permanent ban.(This is also a more serious offense to me because I know how much of a burden someone who abuses someones willingness to try and help can be on someone.)
Admin impersonation- Ask him/her/them to stop once and change his/her/their "tags" once, if they refuse or ignore my warning ban for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent ban.
Punishment avoiding- In the instance of changing their name to avoid a mute/silence I would first Kick, then ban for 1 hr, 3 hrs, 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanently ban while also increasing their mute/silence when they get back from their bans up until the point of a permanent ban.
Avoiding bans with an I.Ps. changer, I would first alert another staff member, then continuously ban them till they run out of I.Ps., I am very patient so I could go all day.
Dodgeball Specific-
Stealing(where applicable)- If done on purpose to either annoy/ just to steal I would warn and slay them, then ban for 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent.
Bady Blocking- *Smite* and warn them, if they continue then 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent.
Delaying the rocket- First warn them, if they continue then freeze them for 3 seconds, if they still persist then ban for 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent.
Any sort of team damage(on purpose)- First warn then ban for, 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent
Getting the rocket stuck/glitched- First I warn twice, then ban for 1 hrs, 2 hrs, 8 hrs, 1 week, 2 weeks, permanent
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
Nothing important really, I am pretty good at DB or at least decent and love the game, almost all 2,653 hrs of TF2 that I played have been dodgeball with the occasional Parkour Fortress sprinkled in there. Oh! I am fairly new to the community of Blackwonder(I've played here for about a month and a half now or more I don't quite remember) but I have set my roots in the community and added a few of the regulars and donators(Ckr, Dreman, though I've known Dre for a couple years now)
and there are a handful of people who know me but I don't have added.
If you have any questions for me then Im ready to answer them.
