My Point
There is a potential problem, and that is VPNs.

What's a VPN?
A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that is constructed using public wires — usually the Internet — to connect remote users or regional offices to a company's private, internal network.
In other words, it can change your IP location/address to whatever.

Support
Most servers go by an IP ban to shun alternate accounts of the banned main account, from doing further harm to a server. A VPN can change all of that, see what I mean?

Other
I have been to 2 specific jailbreak community servers,
Uber.tf and Ely.tf, they use a plugin where a VPN user cannot join.
I think it is best if we also use this plugin for the safety of the Blw Community and make sure the rule breakers won't come back on.

Tl;dr of what this does: GREEN for Solutions and RED for PROBLEMS
- Prevent potential rule breakers to join again under a different account and allow them to break rules
- Expose the user of being hacked by malicious malware and other hacking devices

EDIT: On the PROBLEMS, that is more of a personal issue, I am hoping you all have Anti-virus protection on with Malware Protection, remember, not everyone NEEDS a VPN but it is helpful when snooping around.

EDIT2: I just knew that VPNs are disposable, thanks for that.

Just because others have the feature implemented doesnt necessarily mean its a good thing.

While I would adore this feature considering the multiple malicious features vpn present (the whole joining on an alt), there lies the problem that there are many people who use VPNs (such as myself :D) to play TF2 in the first place.
People who are in boarding schools would be screwed over since most if not all have them rendered inaccessible.
And it's not just that, people have VPNs on family computers since their parents work from their own house, or for other variables.
My point is that normal VPN users will be punished for it, and when VPNs are so widespread nowadays it makes that number big.
Pls no ;-;

I don't know what to say to this. You've pointed out more possible problems that this can provide, as there is only 1 solution if we used this.
Also the family computers part, I don't know what else to say with that, but I guess I could say to get your own, not being mean or anything but I think that's the best solution you have to avoid the VPN kick.
The boarding schools part, I don't know what to really say there.

Thank you for sharing your part on what you think on this!

Little story time here:

The beginning
On a casual day where everyone was having their fun, two brave freekillers took charge and ruined it, but no fear!
An undercover admin was there to resolve the situation! So we went on, they spamming the chat a little bit, not caring if they got teambanned, much less banned.
After a minute or so, I stupidly gave them the idea of a VPN as a joke. At this time I did not know we didn't have a plugin for this.
The undercover admin spoke to me, saying to not give them the idea of a VPN.
I soon realized what I have just given them, thoughts started to race my mind and thinking that this is really going to happen one day and this is how people can avoid their bans.

The Climax
>>FFW up until 3/23/2019
A freekiller was here to ruin fun! When the cell doors had opened and everyone was getting on the gray line, tragedy struck!
The fellow had revved up his minigame, ready to unleash hell onto the server, dear gods!
He annihilated almost ALL the reds on the line, spamming his robot voice into the mic about how we should fear the man!
I was lucky and hid in a cell, but the poor spy next to me was an arm and leg too far out and died, only a sniper, a spy and me, a medic, remained.
After I tried to intimidate him into leaving and getting scared with me having proof, the man removed his garbly tone but then a human voice spoke telling me that I did not provide sufficient evidence with just screenshots of him freekilling, which was true, but also that he could use his VPN to come back.

My Conclusion
We should do the plugin to better ensure that rulebreakers will not cause harm for the Blw community if they have other cheeky ways to come back at us.

EDIT: Part of the story was deleted due to a request, but I was going to do so anyways, all links to the culprit of the story has been removed as to not shame their name or any part of witch hunting!

If anyone else wants to leave their opinions here, you are entitled to do so. I would love to hear back at what the community thinks about this idea!

For now I feel
Indifferent about it as in seeing the downsides and very little but helpful upsides.

EDIT: I'm thinking that this is best option as of so far, sticking with
Yes as of so far

Back to topic:
I use a VPN most of the time and I personally have no hard feelings againt or for this topic so I'll stick with being indifferant aswell.
