U say iam a scammer on steamrep, so heres my explanation a scammer used my account and maybe does something stupid..

I'm going to go ahead and decline this as being banned on SteamREP basically negates any kind of positive implications the staff team may have of you. If your account really was hacked by a scammer that would present an issue for someone using your admin powers in game, otherwise...

The application is also extremely short and lacking of what the admin team usually looks for in a fresh applicant.

Feel free to reapply if you do get your SteamREP punishment lifted or resolved and see how a typical application is written, what is looked for in one (chat logs, playtime, etc) and other things about yourself that could be useful for us to know.
