Have you managed servers previously? Yes
Which servers have you previously managed? I was sort of a secondary Admin on a Rust server, we were only 10 people, i protected players from bears, unstuck them and in case they placed an item in the wrong place, gave the item and destroy the already placed. The server lasted like a week, it was really friendly since rust is hard to digest. Since then the most similar scenarios were on a mobile host for terraria back in college, were i had to gave items to one of the other dudes so we could defeat wall of flesh but none of us were admin and there was no console for mobile terraria, and this Terraria server for PC were i got the rank of builder by doing a flat line of rails into the edge of the map, i always gave players items or saved them from the lava. Most of the time the world would be running on hardmode and new people would join, i would stay around to kill those hardmode enemies so that new players would be able to play the game.
On what servers do you usually play on? Mostly on 172.245.35.49:27017 Wonder Orange x7, Since TF2 decided to delete all my favorite servers again and i couldn't find the older ones. And maybe once in a year i had touched 104.243.38.50:27021 Orange x3 x1000
Why would you like to become an admin? I had seen so many cheaters on x7 and I don't see any admin who could help or someone who could really identify a cheater. They usually join as a cosmetic-less player which gets destroyed and suddenly acquires a skill level above competitive players, perfect angled shots, perfect dodges something that humans cannot execute about 0.5 seconds to dodge, perfect rocket jumping, never misses a single shot, they perfectly retreat, some of them seem to be immune to the rockets blast damage, they change class to the one the player who is killing them is using, seeing through walls, and suddent turning around. I usually check before reporting, it doesn’t matter what items, time or event badges they have, all the listed before is good prove and even more when the profile is private, I know how to use the console and had done some really basic programming on visual studio, but the most important fact is that I had played tf2 before the love and war update I had experienced the bot invasion, I know what the average human player base is able to do, if they are indeed cheating I’ll give 1000 square meters of a crap about the worth of their account, they are annoying to everyone, they may move to casual. You know you hate them too.
Do you know and have spoken to any of the current staff members? No
If you do know and have spoken to any staff members, please tell us their names No One
When are you usually available to play? The chances are that i am playing on x7 everyday for around 2-3 hours from 1pm-5pm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Time_Zone). Not on Holidays and vacation if i am out of the house, and not if i am sick or in college.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the game modes you play On x7 is a 5 Control Point. I'll check if they are really cheating with video proof, if they are, report them to valve, silence and explode them as soon as they respawn, until they get mad and leave then write the commands to ban them from the server, and forget that they ever existed, if they never leave I’ll just ban them anyways, the humiliation process is required to block their only reason to use a cheat program which is annoying everyone else.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about? Once a dude called shanty appeared he was cheating i recorded it, uploaded it to youtube, and reported it to valve with the video link, a few days later his profile got vac, sadly on casual there is no more spectator mode. That is what they get for cheating in our game. and hopefuly Valve tracks their main account and deletes all their items.
