Have you managed servers previously?
Yes I have both managed and staffed servers before.
However, I have never managed/staffed a TF2 Server before.
Mainly games that I managed/staffed where unturned, Gmod, and Arma 2.
If Yes, which ones?
Arma 2 = JGGaming Takistan Life / Senior Administrator, 3-4 year veteran, and a 250$ Donator
Gmod = Definitive Networks / Developer/Head Administrator, Resigned after my 1 year and 2 months of being part of the community.
Gmod = Nightmare Networks / Owner/Developer, My own community which participated as a Clone Wars server, then TTT.
Unturned = My Own server, I forget the name, but I ran my own unturned server a while back.
Are you familiar with admin commands?
Due to my limited experience as a TF2 Staff Member, I do not know any of the admin commands. But they should be self explanatory and easy to get to know.
On which servers do you usually play?
I mainly play Jailbreak, thats pretty much it.

Why do you want to become an admin?
Simply put the reason why you want to be an admin, here you can put a lot of work, good example of things to mention are:
-When you decided to apply.
-Why you decided to apply.
-Why do you think you should become an admin.
-Experiences, abilities and knowledge that might be of use(for you and Blw.tf in the future).
-Maybe even some of your history at blackwonder.
Do you know any of our current staff members?
Yes I do know a few staff.
If Yes, please tell us the their names.
Primarily the one I can list is Noodle Ball.
I have made idle chit chat with a few others, but not enough to qualify under this section and I have not asked if I could include their names.
Please tell us when you usually play and are available.
Depending on the timezone your app will be seen more positively as we don't have admins online around the clock.
How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
Any hacker incident I see would warrant a perma ban from the server. Obviously you don't want to perma ban some one for 'hacking' juts because 1 person is salty about him and calls hacks. This usually calls for some investigation before action.
Spammers I would follow a kinda 3 strike system. 1st Strike would be a verbal warning, 2nd strike would be a minor mute/gag, then the 3rd strike would be a major mute or gag.
Breaking Rules, for jailbreak, usually push pretty nasty punishments. I'd like to give them a verbal warning first and and make sure to let em know to read the rules. If they don't cooperate then odiously they will need a punishment.
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.
I have kinda been around when it comes to staffing or developing for a specific community. I will admit, my coding is kinda lacking due to the fact I have not had proper time to polish my skills and exceed, but I know the ropes when it comes to HTML, CSS, tiny bit of Java, and editation of Lua coding.
My top 5 played games in my steam account consist of this:
- Garry's Mod with 3134 hours
- Arma 2 with 2444
- Team Fortress 2 with 1712
- Unturned with 1492
- CS:GO with 432 hours
