Why do you want to become an admin?

I decided to apply as an admin on 11/23/18.

The reason why I decided to apply as an admin is, I am always on your hightower server for hours rocket-jumping ,and always interacting with people when they join.

I think I should become admin because, when I am with my dad for the week I play for 4+ hours a day, I know not really a good reason, I am just on a lot. I don't have a specific reason why, I want to be a admin.

A few abilities that I have are, 1) I am, a people person, I love talking to people. 2) I am, a good problem solver. 3) I am, a resonable person, if I see that you are a decent human and you say that you aimbotted ,or no-clipped, etc. I will recongnize that and make your ban shorter.

Please tell us when you usually play and are available.

I have divorced parents so, when I am at my dad's I play TF2 for the entire weekend till Friday.
I get home from school at 2:40pm and I have to wait for someone to drop me off at my dad's house and I usually arrive my dad's at 3-4pm ,and I am able to play till 9pm.

How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?

How I would punish a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc by, monitoring them and if they are in fact hacking I would try to get them to confess, if they do not confess I would ban them. If a spammer is in a server I would kindly ask them to stop, if they choose not too, I will give them a timed "Silence".

We ban hackers, period.

Also, please provide a brief example of how you would escalate punishments for different rules.

So how if someone has a racist, pornography, or any other offensive, and inappropriate spray I would definitely get rid of there spray privileges, due to making Blackwonder seem that they condone that type of behavior. If there is a individual that is mic spamming continuously, saying things that are offensive, playing inappropriate audio they will also loose there mic privileges.

I saw my steam ID was missing and made an edit, I still see it is missing and I am sorry for that.

I understand a admin is a huge roll but, I have mentioned that I am new and this is my first application so if you can be as human just like I am, and realize that I am a rookie, thanks.

As a rookie who cares enough to be an admin, I would assume you would put some thought into what you're writing instead of the bare minimum to "fill the requirement".

Discard my application then, you don't got to be an asshole for someone thats trying to be a role in a community server. I never would of thought I would be treated like this. Congrats, a staff member got rid of a member, thank you for your time.

I mean you basically just tore me down rather than helping me, no info was told on what I needed to add to my application, RainbowRob actually provided me with helpful info, that I was missing, yet again thanks for your time. I will not be returning to any Blackwonder unless, if I get an apolgy from "Jim" till then I will tell people that Blackwonder shits on people who want to be an extra part in their community, good day.

Here's some help then...

Work on yourself and your application and re-apply in the future. You don't need to be an admin to be a contributing member of the community; making reports and assisting people (when you're able to) is enough to make you known and respected.

If you do decide to stick around for a while, look at some other applications as examples (don't copy them, they'll know!), you'll see what you're missing in yours and can improve on it as well as your spelling/grammar.

Your most recent comment shows that you're unable to handle negative comments towards you. That wouldn't reflect well if someone called you a "nub" and you gagged them for a week for it.

My best advice is: Don't rush it.

Recheck your app a few times, check if you've made any mistakes and if you've included everything you wanted to.

It's very obvious for us when we see an app that was rushed and it tells a lot about it's author and how much he cares about it.

TL;DR
Declined due to applicant's request and likely abandonment.

But.....

In admin applications, we, as in Blackwonder staff, look for applicants that are outstanding and helpful, and it all starts within the application itself. Submitting an application that only fills the requirements could land you in an admin spot, but you will definitely have a higher chance if you put the time and effort in the application. This is what Jim was saying, which I am guessing you believed it wasn't helpful advice.

I recommend spending more time here at Blackwonder if you still wish to become an admin or even a well-known. respected player. If you want to apply again in the future, please understand that you will have a higher chance if you spend more time on it and take each comment as a way to improve. With that said, I hope you change your current negative outlook on us and happy holidays.
