Gamemode Idea - Sniper TDM

As i loved Rocket Pit (even if i played for only 2 hours), i was thinking in making a gamemode based on it, but having Sniper as main focus, it's still unnamed, but i thought of calling it "Headhunters".

Q: How is this mode gonna work?
A: First of all, let's talk about the weapons:
Those are the main ideas to how are the weapons going to work like, yet i'm not fully decided which one i'm going to choose.
1. If you're wearing a Sniper Rifle, you're going to receive a S. Rifle with those stats:
Full Charged Headshots explode corpses, causing dmg to nearby enemies
Every kills increase your charge rate in +10% (max of +50%), +5% reload speed (max of +25%) and +1 sec rune effect duration (max of +3 sec)
+50 HP on kill
+6 ammo on kill
+20% Max primary ammo

No bodyshot damage
125 Headshot damage
No charge


If wearing a bow:
Every kill increases bodyshot damage in +10% (from -50% up to default) and rune effect duration in +1 sec (max of +4 sec)
+125 HP on kill
+12 ammo on kill
+100% Primary ammo
Full charged headshot, spawns a gas, jarate and milk cloud

-50% charge speed
-50% Bodyshot damage


When out of primary ammo you get a custom SMG with those stats:
Fills whole primary ammo on kill
-40% damage
+20% bullet spread
No crits/minicrits
Lose the SMG after a kill


2. Each Rifle/Bow is gonna have it's own stats, and also contains 3 custom rifles just to increase variation.

Every 20 seconds a Mannpower Rune is spawned on the map, working like this:
Strength - Instant Charge
Resistance - Invulnerability
Vampire - Damage returns as HP (can overheal)
Reflect - Kills the enemy who killed you while on its effects
Haste - Instant Reload and aiming don't changes your walking speed
Regeneration - Sets your HP to 400 (overheal) and regens your ammo

And as it obviously is a Team Deathmatch-based gamemode, as the thread name suggests, it is gonna have a points system.


Q: I'm a map developer and would like to contribute to this mode, how are the maps gonna work and how should it look like?
A: It's must be a big "open world" area (i think ~100 meters would be enough), you must be unable to enter spawn areas after leaving it.
The map must contain some obstacles and if the map creator thinks would be useful, small ramps, to the players protect themselves (obviously), and NO Medkits/Ammo crates, as you must kill or die to refill your ammo and HP.
Maps suffix is WIP, but i think "hh_" would be okay.
The runes are gonna spawn in a random area of the map.


Q: How is the point system going to work?
A: First of all, the points are gonna be displayed in the hud, and the point limit is going to be based on amount of players on the match. The point limit is NOT going to change if players leave the match, as it could be abused to make the team of the player who left win or lose the match.
Point limits are still in WIP, but i think those would be good or maybe i should just make points limit customizable:

2-4 players: 20
5 - 8 players: 50
9 - 16 players: 100
17 - 24 players: 175
25 - 32 players: 300
