Very odd, growing older and then younger is unnatural. You were 19 years old when you made your forums account, you then got younger to 13 when you first made your application and then grew a year older when making this application or that you lied which may seem to be the theme of this application.

This was 13 days ago, and I would wish to give a benefit of a doubt and say that you have improved from it but you didn't, infact this was more worse than it. You didn't take in any forms of feedback given to you from the replies and instead of elaborating more, you provided even lesser details than you had in your previous application.
