Why would you like to become an admin? Cause i like to help others, and being an admin seems like fun. I'm almost always online, if i don't have school or something in my way.

When are you usually available to play? On Weekends Mostly from eu time 12 am - 3 pm on other days after school that mostly ends on 3pm - 6pm

General
Offensive behaviour - warning - 1 hour mute 5 hour mute - 9 hour mute - 1 day mute - 1 hour ban
Spamming text/voice - warning - 3 hours mute - 6 hours mute - 10 hours mute
Other languages in voice - 30 min mute - 1 hour mute - 6 hour mute - 1 hour ban
Immature in voicechat - Warning - 2 hour mute - 3 hour mute - 9 hour mute

JAILBREAK
REDS
Ghosting - 1 hour mute - 3 hour mute- 5 hour mute - 1 day ban, if they continue after that shall they be perma banned.
Freeday abuse - slay
Ammo glitch -Warn - 6 day ban
BLUES
No mic Blue - ill give them 30 seconds to answer if they don't ill have to perma team ban them
Freekill -teamban for 1 week - revive the freekilled
Mass freekill (3+) team ban for 3 weeks (if its 6+ teamban perma)
Freehit -warn - slay - teamban 4 days
Not whit warden - ask if they were sent to guard a location by the warden or to hunt a rebeling red - if no team ban for 4 hours
Bad microphone - warn - 3 hour mute - 6 hour mute - perma mute
team kill - teamban 5 hours - 3 days team ban
Favouritsm - teamban 5 hours - teamban 1 day - teamban 5 days(example if the blue sees a red hiding somewhere in hide and seek and letting them live whitout being the last one alive)
lr deny - teamban 1 hour
such as sticky trap, or late spawning. They will be slain .
If not using his microphone while i or some other admin is askin him to use his mic teamban him for 3 hours - 6 hours/ if he talks while his on red ill remove his ban and let him be on blue once again,

WARDEN.
Not giving a repeat if asked - warn - teamban 1 hour
illegal ff - teamban 5 hours - 7 hours teamban
illegal order - ask the warden to change the orders if they dont team ban for 4 hours - 6 hours (such as warden telling the reds to kill a certain blue that may be annoying)
Lying - its in the rules that warden cannot lie - ask them to slay themself if they dont ill slay them and give him a warning

They could also ghost via text so muting should not be the only punishment for this. I also don't understand why you would ban them for 30 minutes at the end, admittedly this is when they have done it multiple times but your timing for it is relatively short to begin with. You should, instead, just punish them from a day onwards and then finally a permanent after a few logs.

There is no benefit for slaying a person with no microphone apart from just making them not play for a round, there's also no reason whatsoever to teamban them for a day and then a week as they still might not get a microphone after a week teamban and will constantly go on BLU team thereafter making it completely pointless. You should have, instead, provide a permanent teamban immediately if they fail to provide a microphone as it's easily appealable.

So you're not going to punish someone for freekilling apart from a slay and only provide a week teamban for someone who has massfreekilled, but immediately provide a 2 week teamban duration for them freehitting? That is ridiculously strict compared to the other punishments you have provided.

This applies for everyone ingame, both inside and outside of Jailbreak. So teambanning them doesn't really fix the issue as they can still use their inaudible microphone. Consider muting them instead.

These are a few punishments that you may need to look into if you were to be accepted as an Admin, otherwise it's decent. I believe I have just recently seen you in LAJB and I don't think I had an issue with you at all. Your chatlogs are not that bad as far as I can see and you don't have any sort of bans or commblocks in our servers which is a plus.

Could you first explain why you were permanently banned? It's not like it's a few years ago, it was three months ago.

Im not sure why was i permanently banned did the admin give any reason why it happened cause it dosetn ring any bells in my head, others i will be doin when i get to my computer

Doesn't provide a good impression that you don't remember a ban three months ago and not even know the reason for it despite of the link provided.

This is far more worse than before. I think you fail to understand, this is something VERBAL. And even if I was fine with it, you literally had a sudden jump from a day to a permanent.

Again, the jump is literally HUGE. From a 6 hour mute to a permanent? Again, this shouldn't only be for Guards. This should be for everyone in and out of Jailbreak.
