This was honestly very confusing to read so let me just write down what I think you meant:

Some admin had made Kleine (small??)... that would be cool -I assume you meant he turned a red into a small skeleton?

The following:

Every red will have to look for the skeleton no matter where (the skeleton) is. - So you meant to say that the blues would stay inside armory and possibly spectate after a while and the reds would have to look for this skeleton? I'm guessing the skeleton is a randomly chosen red who would get a minute to hide while everyone else is in their cells/armory

And I'm guessing you meant to say first person to find him/her gets LR, but if multiple people find him at the same time no one gets LR?

Seems a bit pointless. If it's made into an LR that can be chosen without having an admin present to honor it, then a skeleton would have to be placed in either prechosen spots or on a random part of the map. The former option would result in the skeleton being hidden in specific places and the Easter Skegg Hunt would devolve into who can get lucky with the spawns and who's the fastest to get to the spawn. It seems like it'd be a hassle to add these certain files into the game counting for every current and future map, too.

The latter option can be a hit, but is more likely to be a miss. If the spots are randomly chosen and there are no predetermined locations for the skeleton, then it could end up in lethal areas (lava on Snowballs), places where REDs can't reach/can't reach without being KOS (BLU Steady Pace) or it could be out in the open (directly in front of the main cell area).

Easter Skegg Hunt should stay as an LR only Admins can initiate, like Nightmare Mode rounds or Burger King Massacre.
