i did not freekill the scout check the demo from tick 1664-2000 and slow it down you can see he is bomb rushing and got caught in medic and he ran into the stairs when he came out of cell

Because he accidentally ran into the wall of medic he bombrushed? He stays the same speed throughout the demo. On Discord you also said he's "faster than the other scouts." but he looks to be the exact same speed as them. The teamban is one day and it won't kill you to wait it out.
