Don't matters if he needs to aim, it's a super accurate shoot, and it can instakill 5/9 classes, dodging is hard unless you're a scout or have ammo.

The point of it is to easily pick of enemies from a far distance and inflict tons of damage.
The sniper has 125 health and now that none of his secondary equipment can increase his health, therefore he would always get killed within 2 hits with just a melee weapon.

This is ignoring the time it takes to reload.

I think you fail to understand the definition of 'aim'.
The only way for it to successfully shoot someone with a 'super accurate shot' is when the user AIMS at the target in the first place.

It's almost like it rewards good aim because it's a Sniper Rifle.

Nah If they reduce the damage reduction most snipers will get killed easily, even red team rebellers who are sniper will die, You're just saying that because you're mad of getting headshotted/bodyshotted. Take it easy bro you should take it as a funny thing.

I've played sometimes, and this one isn't because i was 'salty', it's because i played as Warden once and noticed it's damage.
