abusing a late spawn and killing the last bues

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I don't have evidence, but what happened was i late spawned, i thought i could play, i killed a blue (which turned out to be the last one) and then got almost immidiatly banned, i was asked the question ''you can't kill, if you late spawn you gotta slay yourself'' i asked if this was true, and i said i didn't know this as i only recently joined jailbreak.. however i was already banned before we could discuss anything further. I never seen anyone that late spawned banned before because of killing a blue due to late spawning.. in my short time being in the server... rookie mistake, but i think i didn't deserve to be banned straight away without even getting the time to discuss it. I also got made fun of with questions like ''how could you not know your a donor'' just 1 second before i got banned i managed to say (and it's true) ''I'm a donor, because i paid.'' i feel like i was banned out of spite.

Late spawning is a red flag that clearly something is not right specially when there were only four reds alive, its a bug/exploit and if abused there clearly would be a punishment. There was no discussion needed after you admitted you were in the wrong when everyone in the server was complaining at you. As for the people that do kill after late spawning they are obviously breaking rules but it would be likely no admin or donor was on to do anything.

While i do understand your confusion but you still need to understand what seems right and what seem wrong. You have to see it in everyone else perspective as well when it comes to this. Will you lose your donor? of course not because it was not donor abuse.

So i must Decline this as one day wont hurt.
