Hi,

Just now i paid 2 $ to become a donor but my name was not be in the April donor list and also donor powers was not activated in the game. Can you tell me when will this activated so that i can use donor commands

All the servers will restart at 5 am in their own timezone, so you'll most likely have them tomorrow.

The donor perks should start working when you rejoin the server or upon map change on any of the servers.
I don't know about the donor list, but your name should appear there in a day at most.
