At the start of the second demo right when the sniper appear at his left
Tick 4000 (This is the most obvious as a heavy and a medic were spawncamping and 2 other blu's just arrived which he didn't see and he started tracking the Engie through the wall)

Banned the player for Hacking (the arrows of his weapon used aimbot allright.).
