Answered Jarate on Red

So this guy keeps throwing jarate on red at blus and keeps calling freekill when someone kills him for it. Is he supposed to die for throwing/having jarate and in order to have jarate on red do you have to ammo glitch it?

Yes, but you have to glitch in the Jarate anyway. I've tried multiple times to spawn with Jarate without the use of an ammo glitch, to no avail

And if a BLU throwing Jarate at RED's counts as freehitting, then I see to it that RED's get equal treatment, and count the RED as KOS. Equality is a beautiful thing.
