Resolved VSH Saxton hale problem...

So when I type /vshtoggle

it still selects me as hale

even when I try !resetq it still selects me as hale,

and no I'm playing with 8 other people so it shouldn't select me as hale.....

PHP:

for(int client = 0; client <= MaxClients; client++)
    {
        if(client <= 0 || !IsValidClient(client) || IsClientConnected(client))
        {
            continue;
        }
