Why do you want to become an admin?
So, it appears to me that the deathrun and trade servers don’t quite have a lot of admins available, and it will be fascinating if I get this staff position because "donor" is not cutting it, what's so ever. let's say your everyday map abuser is doing their thing, abusing the map of course, what can I really do with a votekick/slay? People on deathrun don't get the memo that abusing the map exploits is against the rules, but proceed to vote no. The trade servers do get a bit hectic here and there, but the rules are almost guaranteed being broken once I join, and instead of calling votes one by one slowly, I want to do things immediately and extend the punishments to those who've been punished multiple times. I believe that I will be extremely useful on all BlackWonder's trade & deathrun servers, and will be a perfect fit on the team.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.
I’m going to come clean and say that my behavior on the servers back around December, January, and February was toxic, but I did a full 180 of my behavior.
I know when it’s okay to be immature, and I know when I have to step up and take things seriously.
I have a lot of experience in trading, and I am very aware of ever scam in the book. I can be very useful whenever someone is attempting to make a scam attempt on the server.

5/31/17 Edit 1: Took @Ben289 advice and fixed a couple of things.
6/16/17 Edit 2: Fixed up the punishments and added some color.

Pros:
Very Descriptive Application
Sequence of Punishments stated clearly
Has a lot of free time
Knows Most of the Rules
Cons:
Doesn't know admin commands
No previous admin experience

Going to be neutral but leaning +support

That's all you've got going for you in my eyes since I know almost nothing about you.
It would be nice if you learnt basic admin commands and got to know more admins (excluding me, please) but that's really it.

i see nothing wrong so far with the app,

I'll not bother with a pros and cons i'll just say i dont see any cons really other than the "have people take me seriously." line, as being an admin is about carrying out the duty the rules set in place, it's not to be taken seriously, you dont need to be an admin for that and a lot of people will often not take you seriously as an admin.

I'll go NEUTRAL for now but leaning towards a + SUPPORT but pending any major discoveries of toxicity or other stuff obviously

Firstly, you are completely disregarding kicks or slays. I am not sure if this is because you have no experience or because you think lasting punishments are the only way. This is a pretty big issue in my eyes as on servers like deathrun, you will turn the majority of the players against you if you are always too strict. You have to be reasonable, and to seem reasonable you should utilize other commands besides mute, gag, ban and silence.

The second thing, something that I really wasn't expecting when reading this was this:

I really hope you don't look down on regulars. As an admin you should strive to make the servers enjoyable for everyone, don't make it about you.

What I mean by "Seriously" is that I want people to take me seriously when I tell them "stop spamming" or "you can't stall" etc. I have no attention of being an admin and have everybody like me because I'm an admin, or I think that I'm better than everyone else.

Yet you **For some reason** put down saxton hale rules.... Why?

It REALLY feels like you are just putting it there to ""FILL"" the app.... (in my personal opinion)

That's my only concern for the mean time....

Also, even with these """VSH RULES""" that you put down, it's only but a fraction of the amount of rules and specific times when things are okay and when things aren't....
FOR EXAMPLE:
you said camping will be punishable, however you didn't exclude the fact that if the camping hale was the **HHH** you wouldn't punish him, since it's okay for the HHH to do so, in order to teleport....
you didn't even mention the fact that who is able to camp? are both the hale and regular players allowed to camp?

overall, THIS does feel like it's simply a **FILL** you are just filling the app.....

So first of all, thanks for making an admin application! Good to see more applications coming in. But let's get down to business.

Right away you stated you did a full 180 on your behaviour, maturity, and attitude, etc. But what about this?This? Sure, you might have started, but you are no where near what I believe should be admin worthy. Also, a lot of your posts are in off-topic, and a lot in a very short period of time, for example this. So I don't actually believe that statement is true. However, others may disagree, but in my opinion, you are no where near what you believe you are.

Next issue I have, and this may be a shock to some, your reason to become admin... nothing new, boring, and you didn't even put it into a paragraph. I think most of us here, excluding @Viking of course, can read paragraphs. So listing them kind of irritated me, kind of feels like you are trying something new to make you look different, but in all seriousness you are using a generic reason to becoming an admin, however on the other hand you could have simply meant it to bulk up your application, like you did with the VSH rules, any reason for adding them? You aren't telling us that you are playing on those servers, you haven't mentioned them once until now. So if you are going to add those rules in, why not add Jailbreak rules? Deathmatch rules?

So with all of this in mind, and excuse any spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or complete and utter jiberish, I will have to give you a -Support.

What exactly do you want us to do? We're a gaming community, not an online fraud prevention agency. Steamrep, TF2OP, and Backpack.tf specialize in that area; the best we can do is hand out a temp/perm ban and submit a report with any evidence we may have (and any normal user is capable of the latter).

i will have to go with a +support because of the high amount of pro's and only 1 con i could find.

If we could minimise the repeated pros and cons, that would be amazing.
Posting stuff that actually helps, like how he acts in-game. What you remember he did good or bad. That kind of things is useful.

Good player in game. Reports rule breakers and calls admins when he has an immediate issue. Talks to me pretty often on discord so yeah he knows me. VSH rules look a little misplaced and filler-like. Remove that unless you gained a few dozen hours there recently and beef up the rest of your app. Also since @Ben289 scarred me when he didn't give me an instant +support and shattered my self confidence permanently , I feel the need to say

Colors make you stand out and with 4 other applications up currently that's something you really want to do. Also, Ben spelled color wrong.
Overall ~neutral leaning +Support pending you fix up your app by writing more useful/meaningful info. Since you mainly play on trade you should try and work the angle. Currently that's mostly a Fish zone and if you can get acquainted with that it'll give you the edge over other applicants.

Pretty much what a lot of peeps say. Liked how he wrote the app, he's a very active member and a responsable fella.

When I met by “I did a full 180 of my behavior” I was talking about my toxic chat history around Dec, Jan, and Feb. My mistake, I should have been more clear. And about the 2 post, the spam on “2 word story” and probably more...well, I wasn't thinking, I have no excuse, I made bad decisions and I can’t run away from them. So, it’s time for me to grow up and reflect on those decisions. I’m truly sorry about my behavior on the forums.

I'm going to back @Ben289 up this -Support everything that you have done doesn't quite see to make you a fit member of the administrative team. I mean the link's that Ben has added say a lot you have a childish behavior. I would recommend to just clean the act up and try again at a later date.

Let me start with, welcome back?
After this:

• Knowing 3 admins is not negative as he knows way more than just those 3 but was comfortable with writing those down.
• He has plenty hours on the servers stated above. Using HLstats won't help you in understanding anything atm as it hasn't been activated for the past, let's say.. 2 months?
• Any hours are fine, as long as he is here. We are understaffed and if he can even be there 3 hours a day of his life. That would be amazing.
• The admin commands can be learned very easily so a minor negative.
• We will indeed see how Alex behaves. Until now every post HERE he has behaved amazingly.

Well, just wanted to add that since you have been gone for some time. Judging a person on what you know about him/her/it is better than basing your judgement on outdated information. Thanks
