The very first admin I met is the shittiest security admin I ever saw. He was really bad that I didn't bother remembering his name. Banned me because I was 'using speed hacks' when in reality MY PING WAS AT 999! And that admin is from Outpost no less! SPEED HACKS IN TF2?! BOI!

Ahem... The admin that I enjoyed meeting and contacting would probably be Buster. he even gave me a guide to using the Forums! Bless you, Buster!
He's even the reason why I added Will, though I'm still... 'Reserved' about talking/chatting with him...
