What rules has the reported player broken? No tricky orders: Your orders have to be clear. For example, don’t say “deads go to the yellow line” but say “all reds don’t go to the yellow line”. Don’t give orders that can be misinterpreted if just a single letter is not heard. (said all rebels follow me which is you know not good)

Delayed giving me lr (that I shouldn't have even won )

Admin also popped in and said he was wrong but admin did not punish/guardban him

EDIT: hes on red so maybe admin punished him a few minutes later idk

The correct format of Steam IDs is STEAM_0:1:160900323 . And yea he was freekilling, I was on the server when it happened .

Edit: He was also talking over warden many times, but I don't have proof for that :^(.

Actually SourceBans doesn't seem to like the U ID, so the other 2 are better.

Also loves to overtalk warden and insult people for not replying to him but word of mouth means diddly prick so yeah.
