I had a Minecraft Server on my own for quiet a time but thats years in the past

Why do you want to become an admin? I want to reapply since ive overcome my past and salty self and i think i am ready to become an admin again. I also would then be able to control the chaos that happens when I play on the servers like kids not following the rules, micspamming, chatspamming, hackers, spawncampers etc.
Are you familiar with admin commands? Yes

Do you know any of our current staff members? Yes

If Yes, please tell us the their names. Benedevil, Loldielol, Amy, Myuki, Wolf, GRXD and some others

Please tell us when you usually play and are available. Pretty much all of the time, depending on my sleeping schedule

On what servers do you usually play? The x10 Servers are those that i actually am only playing on but if needed, i can join some other servers

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know. Well, if you look at only Moderators, i was the very first one to be hired on the Servers so i can say i am around for quiet a time and know pretty much everything from the rules to reporting others, how to warn rulebreakers etc.

How would you go about punishing a hacker/spammer/simple rulebreaker...etc.? Spammer: Warn after spamming the same thing 5 times in a row, if they dont stop, i simply mute them for 30 mins
Insults: Warn them once
Micspammer/Foreign Language: Warn them immediatly and in case they continue, i simply mute them for 30 mins
Spawnkiller: Warn them once, then kick them and if they do it again, ban them for 3 days (thats how i used to ban back then, dunno if the bantime for that got reduced)
Hackers actually dont need to be mentioned but imma do it anyway: Spectate them, taking a Demo to make sure they hack and then permaban them

If i forgot anything, please tell me and i will add it ^^

If something else with Dirakia then thats my old accoutn where i forgot my password... (yes, i actually forgot it xDD)
But if you see anything with Dirakia somewhere on the Internet, its pretty much me, cause this name is unique since its mixed up from 3 different names (DIalga giRAtina palKIA)

You haven't changed one bit. You still cannot control your temper and i seriously think you would abuse your powers and issue unproper ban times+exaggerated amounts for silly reasons. Benedevil gave you two opportunities to change your faults, Buster and i personally gave you hints on how to improve and you simply ignored us all. I do not think you deserve a third chance.

And your application itself is rather bad and short for someone that's been here for so long.

PD: you just don't spectate hackers, you record a demo to have some kind of proof to take a look at.

I didnt play TF2 for the last couple of days except for helping a friend out at MvM once, but other than that i kinda got bored of TF2 and was playing Pokemon the recent days...
Bout the Demo stuff for hackers, yop, i forgot that, putting that in ^^'

Look, i can take critique but i still remember you from back then at my demotion where you were the one being the most savage against me so im not going to talk to you any further cause i know how good you are at making look others bad and like they are lying...
I know what ive been doing lately and i guess you even have something up your sleeves if i say i have friends who can back me up and confirm that i was palying Pokemon and not TF2, so instead, imma just leave it like that

May I ask who was on your account then? Because it was you, or you need to up your security on your PC and Steam Account, and if someone could get on your Steam Account and send messages on it, then what could they do with the commands which admins have access to?

Dont worry, i already set up a new Password and Family Share Code as well as finally updated my security System on my PC (lazy fat boy who i am xDD)

I'm afraid that this doesn't answer my question. If this was possibly a family member within your house, what is stopping them from doing it again? You might leave your PC logged on and they could just pop on and abuse your powers, or spam some abusive messages? So I'm not convinced what you have done, if it was someone else, would be a good enough step. This issue could easily arise again, and you would have to explain, and we would have to solve a problem which didn't need to be.

That wont happen since i only live with my mom and my little 17 year old sis
Sure my sis went on my PC once but that was a revenge for pranking her badly

Maybe let's keep it at this and just wait for @Benedevil to respond to this. But this might take a while as there are other Applications ahead.

I told you, i got my GF to back me up, i have been breeding and trading with her in Pokemon all the time as well as making and writing story ideas for our first future comic about our newest OC's
But the reason why im not even trying is because 1. its completely in german and 2. as mentioned before, you will find a way to still make me look bad

Oh yeah, we have been dragging that on for months now, he still wanted to talk with me about that ^^'

Pros:
+ Very active on the forums, it seems.
+ "Flexible" online schedule.

Cons:
- Vague/somewhat lenient punishments.
- Reason for reapplying seems half-assed.
- Chat history provided shows that you're incredibly hostile and rude at times.
- Chat history also shows you like to brag about being an "ex-admin" and that you value yourself above others for that simple, childish reason.

You're nowhere near suitable for being an admin if you're as toxic as the chat logs show you are. I even reckon all your positivity on the forums is just a facade.
Act like the adult you are, and don't let your relatives onto your computer if that really is the case (doubtful). Take the advice of your peers and it will genuinely help you improve, otherwise you'll just end up dead in a ditch.
For all it's worth, I'm gonna give you a -support.

By the way, keep rating my posts as "dumb". That surely will increase your chances of getting accepted.

I fail to see how this attitude is helping you. If you are honest and haven't done anything wrong, then there is nothing that anyone can hold against you. "Making others look like they are lying" is not possible if you have a good explanation for everything. Your "that wasn't me" explanation however, doesn't cut it for me. If it wasn't you, then whoever it was can most likely do it again, especially if it was a family member. However, they knew the rules quite well it seemed, so that means either your family members are members of Blackwonder, you were hacked by a member of the community, or it was you. In sight of how you used to be and in sight of how "your account" is acting now, the more likely one seems to be that it is just you. If a member of Blackwonder does not have the wits to avoid their account being hacked or being taken over by family (In the scenario in which you aren't lying), then I don't think you're currently in the position to be applying. Apologies, but unless these points are proven otherwise, -Support.

That is your word. And even if your GF did back you up, then that is her word. That isn't evidence. That doesn't automatically prove you weren't the one behind the toxic behaviour.
