Dude, for real? Have some patience. He just helped you yesterday with your last problem, shouldn't that prove that he does take his time to solve your little problems when there are many other (and more important) problems to solve? And what about his private life? Is he not allowed to do anything outside managing his servers?

I get where you come from, but you need to learn that many things take a bit of time before they get solved/done.
