What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:510856462 [U:1:1021712925] 76561198981978653
What is the reason of the report? The player Wilno denied an active LR and then directly disrespected me after I issued him a warning.
I rarely report players unless I believe it is absolutely necessary. The main reason for this report is that he intentionally denied a legal LR(It was a minigame but I am not sure witch one was the LR exactly. But totally legal)
At first, Wilno admitted that he was not aware an LR was active. However, even after being informed multiple times by both myself and other players, he made no attempt to stop or allow the LR to continue. Instead, he continued giving orders that directly interfered with and denied the active LR.
After I warned him about the rule violation, he responded by disrespecting me because I am not currently a moderator. He told me to "report him on the forums" instead of correcting his actions.
I have played with Wilno before, and I do not believe he is generally a bad person. However, in this situation he knowingly continued denying the LR after being informed of it, ignored repeated notifications from several players, and showed disrespect when confronted about his behavior.
I believe his actions warrant at least the minimum Guard Ban for intentionally denying an active LR. If this behavior is recurrent or if he has a history of similar offenses, the staff team can determine whether a longer punishment is appropriate.
If I had moderator permissions on the Jailbreak server, this is the action I would have taken:
1st Offence - Warn or 120 Min Guard Ban (depending on severity of 1st offence)
2nd Offence - 240 Min Guard Ban
3rd Offence - 480 Min Guard Ban
4th Offence - Perm Guard Ban
I have no evidence other than my word. I only want their behaviour to improve following this report. They are a good player, and it is clear they enjoy Blackwonder Jailbreak. Therefore, in my opinion, if this is not a recurring issue, they deserve at least a minimum punishment. As I mentioned earlier, this is how I would have acted in a similar situation.
This happened yesterday around 11:30 in my local time in Belgium.
