I feel, in my experience, that there is too many rulebreakers in jailbreak.

---Punishment Chart---
Each punishment issued by staff will compound with previous offenses:

1st offense = 30 minutes
2nd offense = 1 hour
3rd offense = 8 hours
4th offense = 1 day
5th offense = 2 days
6th offense = 1 week
7th offense = 2 weeks
8th offense or more = Staff discretion / team consultation

---General Enforcement---
Rule violations such as micspam, chat spam, and harassment will typically follow a warning before escalating to further punishment (mute, gag, or ban), depending on severity and repetition. Minor or one-off incidents may be handled with leniency, while repeated or intentional disruptions will be dealt with more strictly.

Overall, the punishment system is progressive and intended to correct behavior rather than immediately apply severe penalties.

Whole section lacks a lot. You know that repeated offenses result in longer punishment lengths but from what you've written it's hard to tell whether or not you know specifically what punishment is applied for each rule. Since you are applying to moderate our Jailbreak servers we'd like to see you show an understanding of the gamemode specific rules.

Other comments: you seem a little excited to ping Jailbreak pings at very early times during the weekdays. Although we gave users the ping ability to populate the servers, we also recognize that early morning pings are not always met with enthusiasm. Please try to be a little more mindful of this going forward
