Why would you like to become a moderator?
i played a lot of jailbreak on other server like wonderland and i want to become mod because i saw lot of people abusing when admin werent here to be racist and make the server an entier chaos. Its been one years since i want to become mod on a jailbreak server and i think i could help on manage some server being chaotic

I play TF2 1 hours but i play more when i have time. I Always try to play 1 hours/day but often play more

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
If they mic spam, starting by warning them by sending a message thats say to not mic spam so everyone can enjoy the game, if they continue mute them for some hours (in voice chat only) aand if they manage to annoye lot of people kick him from the server, maybe ask the other admin what should i do too.
If its racial stuff, i think mute them in both chat can calm some down
If any people try to do some stuff thats could be against the rule, usaly just warm them prevent them from doing it
Never have an easy ban, i had to keep myself calm and try to find a good idea of what i can do to keep the server calm

I often play video game, i try to learn codding, i had some moderator experience back then, i was on popular french discord server and my role was to calm people down and punish them if they had gone too far, only punish if its the only viable reason. I realy love tf2 and i realy hope i can help to keep the comunity safe.
