[[use of teamban]]: no microphone guard, teambanned permanently unless proven that they have a mic, MFK, teambanned for a month and a warning

I think a warning would do just fine instead of a kick

The rest of the punishment section is fine, but scaling could be a bit better

I must bring up the appeal you made last year, where you claimed your mic was working, but never proved it. Just a concern to bring up since you are wanting to staff for JB, and while we don't require staff to have mics, it is pretty helpful when dealing with servers like JB. Not giving a good impression that you're ready to be a staff member.

You've had a long-standing teamban for nomic that you've been unable to verify despite multiple staff, including myself, trying to help you. You've had 4 official commblocks from THIS MONTH for micspam and racism. Your chatlogs aren't that much better.
