I was on the second floor of Aztec when I told the 3 remaining winners of Obby to go to disco. I saw two spies come down, but I didn't see the third, so I tried to go upwards to find them and saw them come down, and because I try to be more chill overall, I didn't think it was "too offensive" as for it to be considered favoritism. The Tban then was applied a couple minutes after the round ended because I was flexing about being able to play the minigame I was previously team banned for properly due to not warning about collisions earlier. I then decided to "flex" in Jim's own words about the warn I've received by them (Jim) and about how they are very not chill about anything. This then prompted them to then, Permanently team ban me as a response.
"i was gonna let it go lol but if you want to flex about it or something i guess i have to do something"
Is what they said when I asked them about why I was permanently teambanned, therefore- the "Favoritism" was not the direct cause of the team ban, it was me talking about their issues towards me that prompted the response.

The last punishment's I received BEFORE 2024, was 2022 on April- initiated by "clue" for mfk, which we have no validity on including the previous mfk teamban vote by "GBA enjoyer" for the same reason "mfk".

I do not believe 2 freekills, and 2 favoritisms as of 2024 and a 2 year gap in time between my somewhat clean history should result in me being permanently teambanned, this is a response by Jim feeling hurt by my definitely brazen comments towards them.

The conflicting orders part isn't necessarily too offensive. And drama shouldn't be part of a perma teamban reason (in my opinion).

After deliberating with multiple staff members;

In the case of your favoritism, you clearly favoritised the red spy by knowingly allowing him to join the group late after a significant amount of time. You claiming you simply didn't know or thought he was getting out of a taunt is at best just being negligent as a blue which is not a valid excuse.

In the case of your other behaviors which caused me to put a long ban in the first place while deciding how to handle this, I think you still need a stern reminder about the server environment. You have had repeated attitude issues and continue to antagonize or otherwise provoke players. You then play jailbreak in such a way where you lash out on the others players to either drive them away, or embolden and empower your friend group to do so. There is a line between taking the game serious which is ok, and being detrimental to the server which is not. If you do not have fun in general or playing with certain people, it is not acceptable to reciprocate that misery on other players. When I personally get on to play, I want to ensure that the game is fair. This is why I won't crack down on one off mistakes individuals make, but am quick to do so when players collude or otherwise exclude others (including "us vs them" situations where players will form an inner circle amongst themselves for mutual benefit against the rest of the individual players). This is the primary reason why you should not be on the blue team.

Lastly, I do not care if you believe or just act in such a way that you are a victim. You are just as culpable as the players you engage in the above behaviors with. It is not the Blackwonder staff team's responsibility to deal with the personal squabbles you helped create nor does trying to throw rulebooks or technicalities at others help anyone.

I'll reduce the teamban to two weeks from the date it was placed. Please be try to be aware of how your own actions affect the other players and their experience.
