After discussing this case with multiple staff members, I've come to the following conclusion:
JB is a mistake of a gamemode, originally meant to be a social experiement. Considering the difficulty in identifying the guards, as well as everyone playing along, I'll only be punishing the guard that freekilled you and the warden for the invalid orders.
