Why should we revoke your punishment?
I was playing the game normally without any hacks/exploits and was fighting against a moderator (Ash Shaw) in game. I noticed that he soon went into spectator mode and was observing if I had aimbot, but I was unable to find him until I heard a sound queue emitting from a RTD effect (vampire one iirc). This may have brought attention that I was "cheating" which may have initiated an investigation. Eventually I went to a different area and used a taunt (the high five) to look behind a wall by rotating my camera to look around it. From that moment I was banned for a reason I believe was unjust and uncalled for as I was using a feature implemented by Valve (essentially pay to win).

I was never using any 3rd party tools to aid me in game and I have been a player on that server for months going under multiple different aliases. I have only used a feature implemented by Valve and did not think that it would violate the "exploit rule" as stated in the BlackWonder rules as it is literally a feature that can be utilized with any taunt.

I can understand why using a taunt to move the camera to see what's behind a wall covering you may be considered wall-hacks, but anyone can do this and I have seen it be done multiple times on the server signifying that it is ok (even though I was banned for it).

All I ask for is to be unbanned or at least given a mitigated sentence as I do not want to violate the sanctity of the rules on the server.

Video attached to the ban: 0:00 and 0:25 are the most and the only suspicious moments i have found in this video.

I can see how me aiming in that corner which the demo was hiding behind looks like wall hacks, but I do want to address a couple of things just to clarify why I aimed in that corner and an updated take on the situation

1. I have seen one of the demos (idk which one but I saw one) previously go in that corner in an attempt to get the engie standing next to me, so I assumed he would be in that same corner. I do notice that this is an uncut version which excludes some of the potential interactions that led to an intuition of predicting the demo to be in that corner. Moreover in the clip, I was aiming in the general vicinity of a head in that corner, completely unaware about anyone behind the wall until later when I saw them through a window.

2. In the video it is evident that I am not actively tracing the movement of enemies through the walls except for the roof demo who was moving left to right. There was a demo shooting pipes at my team and I wasn't looking through the wall to see where he was.

3. I was aware that I was being monitored for potential cheating so it would have been a stupid idea to wallhack while being monitored (if I actually was wallhacking). Its basically asking for a ban even though I am not attempting to exploit/cheat in game

4. If this is the wallhack being mentioned, I can see why it looks like a wallhack. The wallhack I was referring to in my appeal was me using the high five taunt to peek a corner which immediately led to a ban after doing the taunt

5. I have an expensive backpack and a lot of hour of sniper + undocumented MVM hours as sniper, if I wanted to cheat I would have used an alt even though I have no interest in cheaters. As a matter of fact, I have strong disdain towards cheaters and refuse to play with them both in casual tf2 and MVM.
