I dont play on BLW JB but i play on Flux's and they both share some servers files and im assuming map ones too, and prior to creating this thread i had to ask if the map and the problem existed on blw too which was affirmative. Though if its turns out wrong Bene is still the owner of Flux anyway and i cant think of anyone else to report map bugs too (especially that he fixed similar map bugs before with Volcano map there)
So basically in map jb_site_epsilon, spawn points for both teams are broken ,meaning whenever an lr that necessites the spawning of the whole teams at specific points is chosen such as warday for example , both teams are spawned beneath the map in the darkness , if a staff is on he just has to tp teams but if theres isnt its just a waste of 10-5 minutes for every lr chosen, this can also get very annoying in VSH lr , where whenever hale is greatly damaged he is tped back beneath the map.
