Why were you punished?
Because of 'Toxicity' and being ...? disredspectful whatever that is it says it like that in my Gag reason.
Why should we revoke your punishment?
I have multiple reasons as to why I should be unbanned
1; I was having an argument with someone else which wasnt disrespectful at all, if you can you NEED to check the logs because he/she/it was the disrespectful one I was just trying to get my point across and later just gave up. He/she/it was also the toxic one who spammed 'ok kid' in chat which he also got no punishment for. (The arguement was about me not playing seriouse aswell as me being gay, He/she/it was very racist aswell as Homophobic in Voice and normal Chat to me which disgusts me that you didn't even bother to look at the logs smh.)
2: The other person I was arguing with was spamming chat, being racist, homophobic, toxic, disrespectful and he never got any form of punishment.
3; There was little to none Toxicity from my side atleast and I would love to see the logs where I was being toxic,disrespectful towards the other person. I might have gotten a little mad because he/she/it kept calling me names which is toxic and he never got any punishment for, but I tried to keep it toghter and not be toxic.

Also I would like to mention that last time I was gagged was when I awnsered someone who was asking me if im actually gay and I said yes, then for no reason I got instamuted by lala saying I was spamming the chat which I wasnt I actually have it on video, that I got gagged for just saying that Im gay which is really just homophobic and in my mind is just a Hatecrime. And its VERY weird that its not in my gag history.... it was a 1hr. (I can provide videoevidence of him/her/it gagging me for no reason except me saying that I am gay and when I was calling him/her/it out in Voicechat he/she/it just said "k" and "ok" over and over again. And when I said that I have the whole thing recorded the gag magically dissappeared for SOME reason!.
in addition I think Nebula has a huge prejudice towards me since he/she/it has muted me 3 times in a row for only toxcicity which one time actually I agree with one case but the other 2 cases are straight up just not true, because the other party started offending me and not stopping when I told them to. I feel like im the only one getting punishments because 1.im being judged 2.Im Gay

What I want is that the other Person(s) also receive a punishment or else this is just blatant inequality. Secondly I want to have my punishment suspended or shortened.
