Jetpack is more so reliant on the map itself if it got the right clipping or makes props into Vphysics, if every map had tons of clips then Jetpack would kinda of be useless aside offensive purposes and escape.

Thats because we removed a lot of custom assets from the map, they were actually small rubber balloon dogs and a laser beam which we replaced with a Gravelpit laser, nothing much to lose and it's also to save on download and loading times.
We're using VIDE, the thing is the actual models itself aren't custom, they're stock TF2 assets built in with Hammer editor, we do know how to use Compilepal but we don't like it because the Publish button forces HDR lighting with no option and it makes compiling a longer nightmare
As for the error models, it is most likely your files for the props being bugged as they're actually valve stock tree assets, the map is currently being compiled to feature visual changes and that the water isn't bugged visually among a few things, sorry for the slightly older file.
