Do Admins even go to the TF2 Jail break?

Oh sorry he was not a real admin I thought he was but he was just a donor

Well but I told some admin in the TF2 Jailbreak server I told him that I will prove that I have a mic but he or she said that he cant unban me from blu

Is it true that admins cant unban you to the BLU team in jailbreak but only the admin that banned you can only unban you? and some admin told me that he cant unban me the guy that only banned me can unban me I think I was Frezegaming that time
