It only happens on Blackwonder, no other server does this

So everytime i join a black wonder server, i can pick my class, and maybe say one or two things, but after that, i cannot taunt, use voicelines, use chat, or even change teams/classes. I need help for i cant even play these servers anymore due to this problem. I can move and attack but thats it...
