My own little tf2 server. (178.63.83.148:19001)
I also have managed a DarkRP servers in Gmod called BananaDK or DKBanana(or something like that), but that's around 3-4 years ago, and the server have(sadly) died. BTW the server didn't have a forum like this community.

It isn't often you see me on the hidden+rocket pit server, but it's more often than most of the blackwonder servers, and these servers are on my favorite list.
Application Questions
Why do you want to become an admin?
I do not have any big or unique reason, so I can only say "It's so I can punish rule breakers and keep the servers in order" Like most admins, and to help out with things on the forum and the discord server.
Do you know any of our current staff members?

CEST/CET | UTC +2 hours. I'm often available 16:10 - 19:00 in weekdays, and I'm often available most of the day in the weekend.
How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
m = minute(s)
Repeating offenses will increase the duration by "tick". here's the tick row, 10m < 30m <60m < 120m< 300m< 600m< 6000m< 30000m< 60000m< 120000m< 240000m< perma (btw, in some cases. I might not follow the tick row. If I want to make punishments longer than 1 year, or if I think there's a special need for a longer/shorter gag/mute/ban than the amount the person in question should have.(In theory))
In theory, I will:
General
[Exploiter] record a demo of the guy(s) using their benefits and ban them for 60000/120000m/240000m. If he hasn't performed it yet, but are about to do it. I'll slay him to prevent him from doing so, and after, warn him about performing it again. If 2 tries have been made, a ban is given to him on the 3rd attempt.
[Spawn camper] Ask people to move away from their enemy's spawn door and give the enemy team space. If they/he keep doing it, The guy(s) will be slain. If They/he have been slain 2 times, the 3rd offense is a 300m ban. (goes up by 3 ticks)
[Cheater] Spectate the suspected guy, if proof were found. Get a demo of his gameplay and then immediately perma ban him.
Communication
[Voice/text spammer] Give 1 or 2 warning(s) followed up by a mute/gag on 30m to folks that don't listen to the warning(s). If it's on purpose(music, screaming, constant messaging, etc.) The mute/gag will start from 600m (and goes up by 1 or 2 ticks)
[Offender] Hint to him that he's quite offensive. If he keeps doing it, a silence is given, that starts with 60m or higher (Goes up by 2 ticks) if done with another offense, adds 1-2 ticks.
[Non-English in voice] Inform the speaker of the rule. If he keeps speaking in any other language than English, a 10m mute is given (Goes up by 1 ticks)
[Non-mature voice in voice chat] Inform the speaker of the rule. If he keeps speaking with an immature voice, a 10m mute is given. (Goes up by 1 ticks)
[Player/Admin disrespect] 60m or higher. (goes up by 2 ticks) If done with another offense, adds 1-2 ticks.
Note: All of my warnings will happen directly by a chat messages or by the voice communication on the server. This might change if I find other methods that work better.
Another note: the ticks is global and cross over to other rules.
Yet another note: 2 offenses performed at the same time will be added together, example 20m + 240000m = 240020m (Except Player disrespect, and offensive speech)
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.
I like to jump around and do different things. So, some weeks I might jump into different servers a lot, some other week. I might play a lot of competitive, and a 3rd week. I might not play tf2 at all. (With a week I mean around 1-7 days)
I have ADHD, so if my mental health isn't stable. I might lose control to Rage, but I haven't had that problem for "decades", so I doubt that will have a huge impact on my performance.
I also think it's important to mention the little activity I had on the panda-community for around a year ago. I did some things I remember as terrible and stupid, and I also made 2 ban appeals for my IP address ban, and with the first appeal getting rejected.
