Answered Lr Denial?

So, i've recently played JB and there was this guy who got lr and chose for warden to say "Penis" after every sentence the next round. The next round was normal, My friend got warden and one time he forgot to say "penis" The reds were angry that he didn't say it He of course said back that he doesn't have to, i Think it was him asking wanka or something if he had to, but then the reds got more angry and they started arguing.

So, my question is that if i go warden and the lr is that you have to say something after every sentence, must i do it?

EDIT : Does it depend which Word the lr is?

Wardens do not have to follow lrs that force them to say something every order. This can interfere with the warden giving his orders so the lr is invalid. You can be courteous and follow it but it is not necessary.
